I am a warm, genuine, compassionate therapist who has experience working with diverse populations in my over 18 years of practice. I work collaboratively with my clients in helping them succeed in relationships, work, and gaining a better understanding of themselves. With my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy I work with my clients in understanding how their thoughts impact their daily functioning. In addition I use Mindful Therapy techniques to help my clients experience the most out of their daily lives.
Counseling Young Adults
I work with young female adults helping them understand the root of what's troubling them and make positive changes in their lives.
Certified First Responder Counselor
I am specially trained to understand the needs of responders, including the importance of confidentiality and trust.
Women's Mental Health
One of the areas I am most passionate about is women's mental health. Navigating though womanhood can be challenging, and it is my goal to help make it easier to navigate.
