This, too, shall pass: It might pass like being in Navasana, but it will pass.

Why did I say navasana? I thought of my least favorite pose in yoga and the times when I grumbled in my head about it, but like navasana, this too shall pass. Yoga has taught me a lot about myself and my body, but the one main thing it taught me is that even in a difficult situation ( or pose), it too shall pass. It also taught me that you have the ability to get out of the situation ( or pose) whenever you need to.

So just remember when you are having a bad day- reframe it to saying " I am having a bad moment - this too shall pass".
